File Description: Issue 2 of AccessUs invites readers to learn more about Access Alliance as the work resumes after the first winter shutdown. <p>The second issue of <em>AccessUs</em> was published in September 2008 as the Alliance resumed work on the Great Northern HIghway after a winter shutdoown. Articles in the newsletter include a brief description of the Alliance, how the Alliance choses an upgrade option and what the Alliance is doing to protect the Trapdoor Spider.</p>
